All purchases from Elsewhere Goods are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any items. Please read all product descriptions carefully and reach out before purchasing if you have any questions — we're happy to help you find the right piece.
Repairs
We stand behind the longevity of our work. If a piece of jewelry needs repair, we'd love to help. Reach out to us at [your email] with a description and photo of the issue and we'll discuss options. Repair inquiries are handled on a case by case basis. Depending on the nature of the repair, there may be a small fee to cover materials and shipping.
Damaged in shipping
We pack every order with care, but occasionally things happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to replace the item. Damage reported after 7 days of delivery cannot be accommodated.
Custom and commissioned work
Custom orders are non-refundable once the making process has begun. We'll be in touch throughout the process to make sure you're happy with how things are developing.
